Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 529 is affiliated with the United Association (UA) of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry, in the United States and Canada.
Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 529 was chartered on Feb. 25, 1911, to represent the common interests of the union workers and contractors of the plumbing and pipefitting industry in the Waco area and all of those between the cities of Fort Worth, Austin and Houston.
